If there were 10 stars to give, I would give Don all 10 of them. He helped me with the plans for the renovation of Beach Bakery Grand Cafe in Westhampton Beach NY. The village boards were not the easiest to deal with and Don solved each and every issue. Without him, I would never have had the plans approved. I will always be thankful to him for all he did.... Way more than could have been expected of any architect. He was very fair with the billing, easy to deal with and above all, he always picked up the phone and answered his emails immediately.
